Apply balm with warm fingertips or a multi-purpose brush directly to the cheeks in round movements, blending as little or as much as you like. Repeat for deeper colour.
For lips, apply with warm fingertips or a concealer & lip brush over the top and bottom lip, then rub the lips together.
