Apply after washing with Shield Shampoo from mid-lengths to tips. Comb through with fingers or detangling comb. Rinse thoroughly, or leave in for 2-3 minutes for added nourishment. As a scalp treatment: massage into scalp, leave in for 2-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Use on scalp during every hair wash for a month, then reduce to once a week.
