Everyone's skin is different and how regularly you apply your serum will depend on your specific skin concerns. It can be used 1-2 times per week, or on consecutive days as an intensive week-long treatment when your skin needs a concentrated boost.
Step 1: At night, cleanse using Camellia & Rose Gentle Hydrating Cleanser.
Step 2: Spritz with Toner - For best results apply while skin is slightly moist from the toner to aid maximum absorption of the active ingredients. We recommend the Pai Lotus and Orange Blossom BioAffinity Tonic (dry/sensitive skin) or the Pai Rice Plant and Rosemary BioAffinity Tonic (combination/sensitive skin)
Step 3: Warm one pump of serum in the fingertips.
Step 4: Apply to centre of face working outwards in light pressing movements, finishing with the neck and décolletage.
Step 5: Leave skin to breathe and regenerate overnight*.
*During the testing of Pai Serums they found this to be best practice. However, if you feel you need extra hydration, apply 1-2 pumps of your Pai Skincare Day Cream once the Serum has penetrated the skin.

CHANGES TO SERVICE: Signing for and receiving items
In order to protect both the Royal Mail team and customers as much as possible, Royal Mail are minimising contact between their staff and customers. They will not be handing over their hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item.
Additionally, for all customers where they need to deliver any item that won’t fit through your letterbox, they will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, we will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
We currently recommend using the DHL service for faster delivery.
