For items posted from Tuesday 31 March 2020 onwards, our guarantee delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am the next working day will change to by 12.00pm the next working day*. Our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm will change to by 9.00pm the next working day*.
CHANGES TO SERVICE: Signing for and receiving items
In order to protect both Royal Mail and customers as much as possible, They are minimising contact between their staff and customers. They will not be handing over their hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item.
Additionally, for all customers where they need to deliver any item that won’t fit through your letterbox, They will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, we will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:
If shipping to Italy, Spain, the Far East, and the Middle East we currently recommend using the DHL service for faster delivery.
ROYAL MAIL
Royal Mail is working with its airline and postal/courier partners across the globe to maintain services. The number of countries that they can access is changing daily.
Most major export routes remain open and we continue to accept and process mail. Specifically, Royal Mail’s international services to the USA remain operational.
The following countries are on Suspension:
- Albania, Armenia, Barbados, Bermuda, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Caribbean Islands – British Virgin Island, Dominican Republic, Cayman Islands & Haiti, Cuba, Djibouti, Equador, French Polynesia, Grenada, Guyana, India, Jamaica, Kuwait, Lebanon, Macedonia, Mauritania, Moldova, Montenegro, New Zealand, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Samoa, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Taiwan, Tanzania (DAR), Tunisia, Turks and Caicos Islands, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Ukraine, Zimbabwe.
The following countries are on Long-Term Suspension:
- Ukraine - Crimea & Sevastopol Regions, Venezuela.
We regret we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or hotels.
All deliveries require a signature. For UK residents you can add a note to leave in a safe place.
Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the package. Items may need to be collected from your local postal depot. Your tracking number can be located on your order or by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email.
We recommend contacting us if you haven't received your package by the estimated delivery date below to allow us to assist you with tracking.
Please be aware, customs fees may be charged when arriving in your country. These are at the cost of the receiver.
