Verdant Alchemy Breathe In Bath Salts are made with these key natural ingredients:

• Epsom Salt -  high in magnesium, a crucial mineral that helps the body maintain normal muscle and nerve function, support a healthy immune system and keeps the body strong. 
• Dead Sea Salt -  therapeutic salts that contains 21 minerals including magnesium, calcium, potassium, calcium, sodium, and bromide. Minerals that help the body promote balance and relaxation. 
• White Kaolin Clay - A mild clay detoxifier that helps stimulate circulation and purifies skin, allowing the body to eliminate toxins naturally. 
• Eucalyptus  - An anti-inflammatory and decongestant oil that is cooling and refreshing. It helps relieve stress and muscle ache whilst soothing the respiratory system.
• Lemon - A citrus scent and natural energiser, it’s incredibly cleansing and helps improve mood. 
• Bergamot - A grounding citrus scent that creates feelings of relaxation and calm, helping relax mind and body.
