Use the Buff Brush daily for best effect: 

• Holding Buff Dry Brush, draw it across the chosen area using light pressure, and repeat with five to ten strokes.
• Begin at your ankles to create light, circular strokes, moving toward the heart and paying attention to hinges of the body such as behind knees, inside thighs, interior elbows and under arms.
• As a rule, draw the tool towards the heart and lymph nodes, such as those located in the inner thighs, underarms, and neck.
