General Terms & Conditions.

A. Purpose

The Content Beauty & Wellbeing Rewards Programme (“Programme”) is designed to thank and reward our community for supporting independent and natural beauty brands. Customers earn benefits through purchases made via the contentbeautywellbeing.com website (“Website”).

As a Member of the Programme, every pound you spend (excluding gift card payments) earns you points (“Points”), which can later be redeemed for rewards. Points are collected when orders are placed on the Website while logged into your customer account. 

 

B. Eligibility

The Programme is open to individual customers of Content Beauty & Wellbeing for personal use only. It is not intended for companies, groups, or commercial purposes.

To participate, customers must hold a Content Beauty & Wellbeing account and be subscribed to our newsletter. By joining, Members agree to act honestly and in line with our general Terms & Conditions.

 

C. Member Benefits

Members earn 1 Point for every £1 spent online or in-store (excluding gift card payments). Once you have spent £100 or more in the previous 12 months (from programme start date) - or collected the equivalent number of points through eligible activities such as reviews - you can begin to redeem your Points for vouchers.

Rewards are available as follows:

  • 100 Points = £5 voucher (redeem on orders £50+)
  • 250 Points = £10 voucher (redeem on orders £70+)
  • 500 Points = £20 voucher (redeem on orders £100+)
  • 1,000 Points = £40 voucher (redeem on orders £160+)

Points are personal (linked to your account), non-transferable, and valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash or resold. Points related to refunded or returned purchases will be automatically cancelled.

Once Points are converted to Vouchers to redeem online they must be used within 30days. If not used within this time frame they will expire.

Vouchers can be redeemed on full priced items and exclude gift cards, bundles, and sale items. No other code can be used when you are redeeming your voucher.

 

D. Personal Data

By joining the Programme, you acknowledge that some personal data will be processed in order to administer your membership and provide benefits. All personal data will be handled in line with the Content Beauty & Wellbeing Privacy Policy.

 

E. Programme Changes

Content Beauty & Wellbeing reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or cancel the Rewards Programme at any time, including changing the points scale or benefits offered.

Members will be notified by email of significant changes where possible, but adjustments will not entitle Members to compensation.

In cases of fraud, misuse, or breach of our Terms & Conditions, Content Beauty & Wellbeing reserves the right to cancel a Member’s participation in the Programme and remove any accumulated Points

F. Refer a Friend Programme Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • The Refer a Friend programme is open to all Content Beauty & Wellbeing Rewards Programme Members.
  • To qualify, the Referrer must hold an active Content account and be subscribed to our newsletter.

How it Works

  • Members (“Referrers”) can invite friends who are new to Content Beauty & Wellbeing (“Referred Friends”) by sharing their unique referral link or code.
  • A Referred Friend must place their first order through the Website using the referral link or code for the reward to apply.
  • Minimum spend requirements (if applicable) will be communicated on the referral page. Orders exclude sale items, gift cards and bundles.

Rewards

  • Once a Referred Friend makes a qualifying purchase, the Referrer will receive a reward (a voucher code) to use on future orders.
  • Referred Friends may also receive a reward (such as a welcome discount), as outlined at the time of referral.
  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Limitations

  • Referrers may only refer friends who are new customers of Content Beauty & Wellbeing.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted. Any attempt to generate rewards by referring yourself (using different emails or accounts) will result in cancellation of rewards and may lead to suspension of your Membership.
  • Content Beauty & Wellbeing reserves the right to limit the number of referral rewards granted to each Member.
  • Codes apply to full priced items and exclude gift cards, sale items and bundles & sets.

Validity

  • Referral rewards are subject to expiry dates, which will be communicated when the reward is issued.
  • If a Referred Friend’s order is cancelled or refunded, the associated reward will also be cancelled.

Fraud and Misuse

  • Any fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behaviour (including spamming or misrepresenting Content Beauty & Wellbeing) will result in forfeiture of referral rewards and potential removal from the Programme.

Changes to the Programme

  • Content Beauty & Wellbeing reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend programme at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of termination, unredeemed referral rewards will be void and no compensation will be offered
