How Do I Join The CONTENT Loyalty Programme?
Simply sign up by creating an account on our shop and start earning rewards! Each time you shop just sign in first to make sure the rewards are logged against your account - we can't log them on orders placed as a guest.
How Do I Earn Points?
The value of points will be based on the GBP value of a product.
Earn points by creating an account then every time you make a purchase when logged into your account the points will be logged.
Points are accrued on actions and orders from September 19th 2025.
You must be logged into an account under your name to receive the points earned. If you place an order using Guest Checkout, you will not earn points on that order and your points will not be added retrospectively if you create an account lat a later date.
You can also earn points for other actions - see the “Ways to Earn” section for details.
After you make a purchase, your points will reflect in your account once your order has been fulfilled and payment fully processed.
Exclusions: Points will not be issued for any shipping costs or for the purchase of any gift-vouchers. Free gifts are not eligible for points.
Final Price: If you use a promo code with your order, the points you earn will be based on your final order value once the promo code has been applied and excludes any shipping costs you have paid.
If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, then you will not earn points.
How Do I Redeem Points?
Log in, visit your account dashboard, and select the amount you want to redeem from the “Ways to Redeem” section.
You can then convert your points to a voucher to spend online.
Please Note: Only convert your points when you are ready to use them - converted points must be used within 30 days and expire after 30days.
All Codes Have A Minimum Order:
- Apply £5 - when you spend £50
- Apply £10 - when you spend £70
- Apply £20- when you spend £100
- Apply £40 - when you spend £160
Vouchers can be redeemed on full priced items and exclude gift cards, bundles, and sale items.
No other code can be used when you are redeeming your voucher.
Can I Redeem My Points On Any Products?
Almost! You can apply a code when you shop online - excluding gift cards, sale items and bundles. Any questions just let us know on help@beingcontent.com
Where Can I View My Points Total?
First, log in to your account. Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page. You can also navigate to your dedicated rewards page to view your points balance.
Do Points Or Rewards Expire?
Points - Yes, if your account has not been active within the past 12 months the points will expire.
Rewards - Rewards will expire within 30 days of activating them. We recommend only converting points to a reward when you are ready to shop.
What Happens To My Points If I Cancel An Order Or Return An Item?
If you return an item or cancel an order, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
If you’ve redeemed a Loyalty credit on an order which you subsequently return, the credit (or part thereof) will be reissued to your account.
I Forgot To Use My Code At Checkout, Can It Be Applied After?
No, unfortunately points cannot be applied or a reward redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
How Do I Get My Birthday Gift?
Log into your account (or create an account) and go to the 'View Rewards' Dashboard.
Go to 'Ways To Collect Points' and click on 'Celebrate A Birthday'. Enter you date and month of birth.
You must be a part of the programme for a minimum of 30 days before qualifying for a Birthday Gift.
You will then receive an email with your birthday gift a few days prior to your birthday.
How Do I Receive Rewards For Leaving A Review?
You can earn 10 points for every product review you submit.
The review must correspond to a product in your order history.
The points will be automatically added to your account within 48 hours of your review being verified.
A maximum of 10 reviews per month will earn points.
How Do Referrals Work?
Our referral programme lets you send a unique code to a friend to use on their first order with us.
Once the place an order using the unique link and code you will also receive a code to use via email.
You can generate a referral on via the box above listed 'Refer A Friend To CONTENT'.
To be successful, the person you refer to must place their first order at Content through the unique referral link you have shared with them, once completed your points will be automatically added to your account and you will be emailed.
A minimum spend applies on the code. View T&Cs.
Can I Opt Out Of Receiving Points?
As this is available for all account holders, you can't 'Opt Out' - but if you prefer to not receive emails about points and rewards, just opt out of the first email your receive about them.
