Olverum Good Night's Sleep Set

• Olverum Bath Oil 125ml 
• Olverum Bath Salts 200g
• Olverum Sleep Pillow Mist 50ml

Made in the UK.

Run a warm bath. Once at your preferred depth, add 5ml (approximately half a capful) of Bath Oil. Then gently swirl a capful of crystals into the warm water for a few seconds until they are completely dissolved.

For best results, soak for 20 minutes two hours before going to sleep.

Then spritz two pumps of Pillow Mist into the air, or directly onto linens from a distance of around 30cm. For best results, use immediately prior to rest or sleep.

Precautions: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Rinse off and discontinue use if you experience irritation. Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. 
Do not spray the pillow mist directly into the eyes or on the face. Keep away from children.

Store away from direct sunlight.
