Championing Women Entrepreneurs - Since Day One
Long before female-founded beauty became a talking point, we were seeking out the women building it in natural beauty. Since opening in 2008, championing women entrepreneurs has been central to everything we do - not as a campaign, but as a conviction.

We were proud to welcome Pai Skincare in our very first year, followed by RMS Beauty and Tata Harper in 2010, and Ilia Beauty in 2011 - brands that have since become icons of the clean beauty movement. Many championed, and launched into the UK market from our shelves.

Today, we carry over 65 female-founded brands. Because we believe that supporting women in business is just as important as the products they create.
