Cleanse the hair with the twelveLabs Prebiotic Natural Shine Shampoo then massage this conditioner through mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the roots. Leave for a minute or two, then rinse thoroughly.

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £35 & free international delivery on orders over £65, £100 or £150 depending on your location and when the parcel weighs less than 2kgs.

TAXES

Europe - As of 1st July 2026, Europe has introduced a duty of €3.00 on items imported from outside the EU.

On orders up to €150, this will be added at checkout so you don't need to pay it on delivery. On orders over €150, this will need to be paid on arrival in your country.

This duty is separate from IOSS, and paying taxes at the point of order remains available for orders of €150 and under. If your order value is over €150, we recommend splitting it into two separate orders of €150 or under to avoid paying on arrival.

Rest of World will automatically have UK VAT deducted at checkout and import taxes and handling fees may be charged on arrival.

Beautiful, healthy, hydrated hair and one of the only products I can use on my super sensitive scalp

I have now been using both the Twelve Prebiotic Natural Shine Conditioner and the Prebiotic Natural Shine Shampoo for over a year. I couldn't be happier with either formula and yes, I would highly, highly recommend them to others.

In case it helps anyone else, I have an extremely sensitive scalp and mid-length hair that tends towards being dry and dehydrated at the ends and prone to oiliness within a day or two at the roots. To date, I have found only two shampoos that I can tolerate without intense itching and soreness on the scalp. Twelve is one of those. Both formulas do have a scent and do contain 'parfum' albeit one of the last ingredients on the INCI list. The scent, however, is an absolutely beautiful soft iris scent that does not overpower in the slightest and most importantly, does not irritate my skin at all.

In terms of effect, the conditioner leaves my hair looking and feeling hydrated, soft, shiny and healthy. It does not weigh down the hair at all and the performance is impressive and effective, even on my dry, frizzy ends. Over time, I have definitely noticed a very positive improvement in my hair quality and in the comfort and resilience of my scalp.

We are all sensitive to different ingredients but, from someone who seems to react to a vast and very random array of products, this is one that is not only tolerable but feels like a luxury and a pleasure to use! I hope it might work for you too.
