3 sprays contain 4,000IU of D3 and 100ug of K2, which is the maximum dose.

• Adults 18+: 3 sprays a day under the tongue.
• 12-17 years old: 1 spray a day* under the tongue.

You can also take one spray for just over 1,300IU of D3 depending on your needs.
