Delivery
Our gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. No physical card is sent out.
The gift wrap and message instructions at checkout are for those purchasing products as a gift not the digital gift card.
Sample Service Excluded: As our gift cards are digital, the card is delivered to the email address entered on the order so our free Sample Service at checkout is not valid on Gift Card purchases. Any samples added to the cart will not be despatched.

Rather than the exclusivity of a members' club or VIP event, CONTENT Lock-Ins celebrate the inclusivity of a community, with customer-led themes to provide a space for learning and discovery across a diverse range of topics.
Bye, Bye Perfect: Removing the word perfect from all CONTENT product descriptions on our website since 2017. Why? We think you are good enough just the way you are.
VAT-Free Sanitary Products: From March 2017 - December 31st 2020 we paid the VAT for our customers on all period items. We are excited that from January 1st 2021 no-one needs to pay VAT on these products as the government no longer classes these items as 'luxury' and has removed the tax.
Feminists Don’t Wear Pink: After the pop-up installation was removed from Topshop in 2018, CONTENT donated the window of our Marylebone store to the book publishers so they could continue to celebrate their inspirational book.
