To thoroughly cleanse and gently exfoliate, wet fingertips then massage 1 - 2 pumps of MV Skintherapy Gentle Cream Cleanser over a dry face and neck, massage gently for 15 seconds.
Then immerse the MV Skintherapy Compress Cloth in warm/hot water, wring tightly then hold steamy compress against your face, inhaling deeply. Wipe away with slow and deliberate movements. Repeat compress 2-4 times.
Don't continue massaging for more than 15 seconds, if you are wanting more of a detoxifying cleanse, try MV Skintherapy's 9 Oil Radiance Tonic.
If the skin around the eye area is not sensitive, this cleanser is ideal for removing makeup. If the skin is sensitive use 3-4 drops of Pure Jojoba on a damp makeup removal disc, hold over the eye for a count of 5 seconds, then using light pressure, gently wipe away.
