Olverum Bath Salts

The Olverum Bath Salts are a skin softening mineral soak created to revive the skin, relax the mind and aid restful sleep.

This therapeutic formula blends the Olverum Bath Oil signature blend of essential oils with mineral-rich Dead Sea Salt and sustainably sourced Kalahari Desert Salt, high quality sources of a range of minerals.

Enriched with avocado oil, these natural bath salts leave the skin cleansed and moisturised.

• Siberian Fir - used by traditionally by women to create balms to soothe aching limbs and minor wounds.
• Lavender - uplifting, and calming, and is traditionally valued as an aid to mental tranquility and restful sleep.
• Eucalyptus - the leaves and tender shoots of this easily sustainable quick-growing tree yield an intensely aromatic oil with a characteristic soothing effect on the airways.
• Juniper Oil - a fragrant woody oil which supports the respiratory system.
• Exotic Verbana - therapeutic anti-inflammatory and calming properties make this ideal for both body and mind.
• Salts from Kalahari Desert and Dead Sea - among the most rich sources of natural minerals and trace elements such as magnesium, potassium, and calcium.

Gently swirl a lid full of crystals into a warm bath for a few seconds until they are completely dissolved. For best results, soak for 20 minutes, two hours before going to sleep.
