The Ilia Clean Line Gel Liner is a cleanly formulated (carbon black free) soft tip gel eyeliner that glides effortlessly on the lids and allows you to blend out easily before setting.

Once set, it stays put. Saturated and water resistant, this formula has the precision of a gel with the ease of a pencil.

How To Use

Glide across lash line effortlessly. Blend out quickly to achieve a diffused, smokey look or leave as is for a defined, bold look.

After using, press cap in place to ensure it is air tight.

Sharpen liner when needed using sharpener on the end.

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £40 & free international delivery on orders over £65, £100 or £150 depending on your location and when the parcel weighs less than 2kgs.

TAXES

Europe - As of 1st July 2026, Europe has introduced a duty of €3.00 on items imported from outside the EU.

On orders up to €150, this will be added at checkout so you don't need to pay it on delivery. On orders over €150, this will need to be paid on arrival in your country.

This duty is separate from IOSS, and paying taxes at the point of order remains available for orders of €150 and under. If your order value is over €150, we recommend splitting it into two separate orders of €150 or under to avoid paying on arrival.

Rest of World will automatically have UK VAT deducted at checkout and import taxes and handling fees may be charged on arrival.
