Brush your face once or twice a week, before using the shower/bath.
Use 5/6 strokes on each facial area without applying too much pressure, starting at the tip of the chin using short swift strokes towards the ears. Then brush the sides of your nose using short strokes towards your forehead, continue brushing from the middle of your forehead towards the temples, brushing down to your neck. Complete your treatment with long strokes from the back of your ears towards the collarbone.
After brushing, rinse your face and apply a moisturising cream or lotion.
Keep away from water. After using, lightly run your palm over the bristles to remove any remaining skin particles left on the brush.
