Key active, natural and organic ingredients:

• Magnesium - Is used in over 300 enzymatic functions in the body and yet over 70% of western women are estimated to have a deficiency of essential mineral. Known as ‘natures tranquilizer’ it becomes especially functional during times of physiological stress (change) such as substantial hormonal shifts.
• Organic Ashwagandha - Has traditionally been used to support the body’s management of stress and hormonal shifts. It has also been shown to be an effective support for female and male libido, energy production and resistance to premature ageing.
• Organic Turmeric - Has the anti-inflammatory ability of Curcumin which has been well established but turmeric also supports healthy detoxification (enhancing activity of glutahthione-s-transferase & UDP glucuronyl transferase). Healthy detoxification pathways play a critical role in hormonal equilibrium.
• Green Tea Extract - Research has shown that the antioxidant properties of flavonoids found in green tea can significantly reduce the symptoms associated with the menopause including reduced energy and hot flushes. Preliminary research suggests it may also have a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system.
• Dong Quai (Angelica) - Is a gentle phytoestrogenic herb traditionally used to balance oestrogen. Oestrogen levels can rapidly decline during the menopause, bringing with it symptoms such as hot flushes, irritability, mood changes. It is also used to nourish the blood and support adrenal function.
• Organic Alfalfa - Is a rich source of minerals as well as vitamins including biotin and vitamin K. However its traditional use is due to its nourishing affect on the blood, hormonal system and liver.
• Organic Milk Thistle - Is well known for it liver-protective effects, Milk Thistle is also a potent antioxidant and is used to support the adrenal health, key focus in holistic approaches to the menopause.

Take 2 per day until symptoms are gone. Can increase to 4 capsules per day if required.
