Chromatic - Swipe it on and blend it out for a wash of colour.  Tip: Quick-dry formula, best to apply to one eye at a time, working quickly to blend out before it sets.

Apply to clean lids with the doe-foot applicator. Blend quickly with fingers or a brush. The formula sets within seconds, so it’s best to apply to one eye at a time. Wear each shade alone or layer for a multidimensional effect.
